1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RedditFeed.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedditFeed.app is a web application that allows users to subscribe to subreddits and read posts in a unified feed. The Service aggregates publicly available content from Reddit. Users may receive AI-curated daily newsletter digests of their subscribed content when enabled.

3. User Accounts

Account authentication is provided by Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and promptly update any changes to your information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers three tiers: Free, Pro ($5/month), and Max ($12/month). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Automate access to the Service beyond normal usage
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Violate Reddit's terms of service through your use of the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

6. Third-Party Content

The Service displays content sourced from Reddit. All Reddit content remains the property of its original authors and Reddit, Inc. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user-generated content displayed through the Service. We do not endorse any content displayed from Reddit.

7. Intellectual Property

The RedditFeed.app name, brand, user interface, and underlying code are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Reddit content availability depends on Reddit's API and may change without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedditFeed.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
